I began writing this blog back in June of 2009. I actually already am a personal stylist. I just don't work for myself. I make a certain company millions of dollars by styling their customers for them. These customers buy the clothes from that company that make them look and feel great. What a concept! What has been killing me, is that I have always thought that I could do all this on my own. I didn't need to work for anyone else. However, the women I styled would have to wear something. I still would be making companies millions of dollars if I pursued my career in being a personal stylist. And I am good with that. I am all about supporting businesses especially w...

I needed to get ready in a rush this morning. The turkey made me so tired last night that I just couldn't think! So, I waited until this morning to determine what to wear. No plan in place whatsoever.... To be totally and completely honest with you, I rarely plan my outfit the night before. Occasionally I will have a day that I have the energy to set aside a weeks worth of looks, but I seem to always change up each look when the day comes. Much to everyone's surprise I usually come up with my best looks while picturing my closet in the shower with my eyes shut. Today my look is simple because I had to think quick. Today I went little mad for plaid. The holiday season tends to make me do that. I spotted this J. Crew blouse on a fellow bloggers site  that I admire and immediately fell in love. I wasn't sure if it would be too masculine for me with my short hair, but as it turns out,  J. Crew blouses fit me too a T. They seem to be fitted enough therefore it doesn't look like I am wearing a man's shirt. I was still questioning the blouse until I also spotted these gorgeous statement earrings from Talbots. I loved the idea of picturing myself among all the hustle and bustle wearing CHANEL from head to toe. When I would draw pictures I would draw cities. Mostly I would draw Boston or NYC.
