2013 is right around the corner. Have you made your resolution(s) yet? I think we all have a few changes we would like to make. But sometimes we feel like making a resolution is scary. Trying to commit to something that you normally don't do can sometimes feel like you are just setting yourself up for failure. I am totally for anyone trying to get healthy in the new year, but make sure your resolution is attainable. Working out seven days a week sounds like a good idea, but is it realistic?
