This dress from French Connection USA is the perfect backdrop to highlight one of these gorgeous chain bib necklaces. Why did I choose this dress to highlight the necklace you ask? Why it has the perfect bateau style neckline! You do not want a dress with a scoop neck because the necklace would just get lost and also it would not look as fresh and modern. Plus some of these necklaces would require a very low neckline. If your neckline were that low I would suggest skipping the necklace all together and going for a pair of long chandelier earrings!
