Now that's Matte;-)

I just bought myself the newest trend in nail polish! OPI's Matte polish in Russian Navy. I LOVE it! And it really is matte. I know we are all used to the shiny nail look and that is pretty too. But I love trying new things and right now matte nails are being seen all over the runways. When I purchased the polish the sales lady said that it is best not to use a top coat or a base coat when using the matte polish because well, it won't be matte anymore. Unless you also try Essie's Matte About You Top Coat. This will make any of your shiny nail polishes that you already own into that fresh new matte look!
