This look is from Stella McCartney's Spring 2010 collection and it is just so sexy sweet. I love the look of the lacy top under the more tailored blazer and the button front denim skirt is so preppy and sexy. In real life the top would have to be a little less plunging and the skirt might have to be buttoned up a bit, but you get the idea. The denim skirt is just so completely opposite from the lacy blouse but they seem to love each other so much! Here are a few super cool denim skirts I found while searching the web. And we all have a more feminine blouse that we could pair with the denim skirt. And who doesn't have a tailored blazer???!!!! OK, I know what I am wearing tomorrow:-) Do you???

The fashion world has always favored skinny models to show off the latest trends. But it's the real women who actually buy them. Why does this make sense? Well I guess when it comes right down to the brutal truth, people buy things that look good. And lets face it, clothes look better when they are smaller. FALL for Flowers!

There are no rules in fashion. It's just about achieving a look that is your best and that you feel good in. Who says plaid is the only print you can wear in the fall? Now, don't get me wrong. The Necessary Black T-Shirt

I have to admit, I have not been getting dressed up much these days. I think it has something to do with just wanted to be comfortable. I have been sewing a ton of masks at The Maine Square   and it just feels better to not be confined in my clothing as I am cutting fabric and sewing. However, I do have to go out of the studio occasionally. Mostly it's to the mailbox, but sometimes it's to get more supplies and of course food. I don't mean to sound pretentious or anything, but I do think about how I look even when going out to do these quick errands. It makes me feel good to look half decent! Lately I have been opting for a simple black tee shirt and a pair of semi faded jeans. All I need to do it pop on a camel colored blazer and some ballet flats and I am good to go! Oh yeah, and I ALWAYS wear a mask when entering a public facility these days.
