Some of you might think I am crazy for putting a few months of thought into my outfit that I was going to wear to Sex and the City 2. Some of you might kind of understand. And some of you, are just like me. I started thinking about it 3 months ago. I knew that I wanted it to be fun and colorful. Then I came across this gorgeous watercolor print silk top by Tory Burch at Neiman Marcus. I knew this was the one! Now what was I to put with it? I didn't want to wear blue jeans, yet I didn't want to be overly dressed. (I usually am considered overly dressed for this state of Maine that I live in, but I don't mind;-) I finally decided on a pair of white cropped skinny jeans from Gap. I rolled them a bit as to show off my Stewart Weitzman shimmering espadrilles, which in my mind are very Carrie. Laura makes a conscious effort to navigate her way through life with hope in the place of fear. She is a stargazer, her head in the clouds on her best days.
