Sunday Inspiration ~ Zen Yoga
I feel that I have always been a spiritual person, but it hasn't been until of recent days that I started practicing Zen Yoga. Zen Yoga has not only been a way for me to connect with the spiritual world, but also a way for me to stay positive, healthy and energetic in my every day life. I also sleep better at night.
